Ulyanovsk authors will take part in workshops of the Moscow Writers' Union

Two Ulyanovsk authors, Danila Nozdryakov and Igor Ulitin were selected by the judges to participate in the famous workshops of the Moscow Writers' Union to be held for the nineteenth time.

The annual workshops of the Moscow Writers' Union are held in December. Authors up to 35 years, selected by experts, are invited to participate in four-day workshops under the authority of established writers, playwrights and poets. In 2019, the coursework will be conducted from December 4 through December 8 in Moscow Region.

Danila Nozdryakov, poet, prose-writer and philosopher, and an award winner of the recent International Literary Voloshin Contest, will be engaged in a poetical workshop. It will be conducted by Irina Ermakova, a well-known poet and translator, Aleksandr Pereverzin, poet and editor in chief of the “Voymega” publishing house, and Elina Sukhova, poet and prose-writer.

Yet another Ulyanovsk author, Igor Ulitin was invited to take part in the workshop led by Evgeniy Popov, popular prose-writer. However, Igor tipped off that he was unable to take advantage of attending the event.

Igor Ulitin, poet, prose-writer, and as such, shows a preference for short format in prose writing, while in poetry - for social lyricism and satire.

At the close of the workshops, the best authors will be invited to join the Moscow Writers' Union. Moreover, six authors’ collections will set forth by the “Voymega” publishing house.

Earlier, Vyacheslav Savin and Gala Uzryutova, Ulyanovsk authors, have been participated in the workshops of the Moscow Writers' Union.
